The developers are also committed to fully engage local farmers in the effort by providing them with the training, technology and financial assistance. The effort will spread across the development of compost and fertilizers using the local material, and engaging them in the growth phase of the selected products and eventually in packaging and marketing so that local farmers will become real partners on the effort.
